Lolita’s Closet has absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges.,

However we want you to love & enjoy your new purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase or receive defective merchandise

{which is not likely to happen, We make sure it leaves in good condition when we pack our items.}

YOU must contact LC and describe what the damage is and wait for a return approval, No refund Exchange Only if approved, Once approved you may return it by mail within 5 business days from the date of approval. , Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded*.

Sender is responsible for new shipping & handling charges.

**Please note, Lolita’s Closet is a Family owned business, our product is limited and stocked accordingly.

Unlike Major Stores which may carry 100’s of the same item, We might or might not have the same Item you purchased.

Lolita’s Closet reserves the right to refuse the exchange – Merchandise must be in new condition, with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. We understand accidents happen, but  determination of defective merchandise will be questioned whether it was caused by mail or otherwise.
